What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every transaction, no exceptions. Bring the item itself along with any chargers, cases, or accessories — complete items appraise higher.
How are values decided?
Gold and jewelry are weighed and tested against the current spot price. Electronics, tools, and instruments are checked for working condition, then valued against local resale demand. You'll hear the number and the reasoning before you decide anything.
What happens if I can't pay off a loan on time?
You can renew by paying the accrued interest, or let the item go — it simply becomes store inventory. There's no late fee, no collections call, and no hit to your credit.
Is there a cooling-off period if I change my mind?
Buy and trade transactions are final at the counter, same as any retail sale. Loans can be paid off early at any time with no prepayment penalty.
